S3 Real Estate tries to repurpose as many materials as possible when  saving a house.  Note the stone from skirt was reused on newly built section

We closed in the unusable carport and made a large laundry/mud and a dining room adding value and funcationality

Opened up the floor plan here. It was too broken up with too many doors in the kitchen area and back to the dining

This second living was turned into dining, master and master bath with french doors leading to large deck

Opening up spaces can really allow light to flow all the way through the house.  We strive to see front to back on our projects

Sometimes we simply cant save the house. This one had too many structural and other items that were not to code and safety is our priority.   All we were able to keep was flatwork and the original brick!
